Cheryl

Cheryl has been involved in many areas of the fitness industry since the age of 18. She personally discovered the benefits of Pilates 19 years ago, after suffering from Sciatica, brought on by a car accident. After feeling the benefits of Pilates she decided to pursue her training as an instructor. For the past 16 years, Cheryl has worked full time as a
Private and group Pilates and Barre instructor. She is fully certified in both Matwork and Apparatus through STOTT PILATES®, as well as Total Barre and CORE Athletic Conditioning and Performance Training.

Cheryl’s education includes a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Alberta), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Training Certification, Center for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education (CCPE), AFLCA group exercise, Keiser Indoor Cycling certification, CPR. She is fully STOTT PILATES® certified.

Most importantly, she has been completely without back pain since she began her practice 19 years ago. Pilates is more than a way to keep in shape, it has become a passion which she hopes to share with as many people as possible.
