Eli took his first Pilates class at the age of 18 while training to become a professional ballet dancer. Instantly he fell in love with the strength and fluidity of the movement and knew that it was going to be hugely beneficial not just for dance, but for creating and maintaining the healthy lifestyle that he craved. Ever since that day Eli has continued his Pilates training and has been able to combine his ballet technique with the STOTT PILATES modality and enjoy a 9 year professional dance career with Alberta Ballet.
Pilates has truly helped Eli become a stronger more centered person and he can’t wait to help others find the joy and strength of Pilates!
