Prior to starting Pilates, Kirsty was an avid runner who enjoyed doing half marathons with friends! As the years rolled on, Kirsty began to suffer from injuries in her hips and lower back and turned to Pilates as a non impact form of exercise to strengthen her core.

Kirsty realized very quickly that Pilates is more than just a regular form of exercise and had her thinking about her posture with increased body and muscles awareness.

Kirsty never imagined she would become a Pilates instructor but believes in the benefits so much that she became a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor- Mat & Reformer Level 1. Kirsty has also completed formal training in Injuries and Special Populations, Chair, Cadillac and Barrels.

Kirsty enjoys helping others gain increased mobility through mindful movement, breath work and mind body connection.

When Kirsty is not doing Pilates, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new countries and cultures! Kirsty enjoys hiking and has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania!

Kirsty is a Certified Professional Coach and enjoys helping others achieve their goals!
