We work alongside physiotherapists, wellness professionals and our own massage practitioner to help manage or overcome chronic pain and challenges caused by injury. We offer personalized programming to assist in your rehabilitation journey through controlled movement that integrates with your treatment and incorporates your whole body. Regain movement, improve your posture, strength and endurance through programming that goes beyond symptom management.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is a modality that enhances the body’s natural restorative functioning. Light to firm touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and impart a sense of calm. Our Massage therapist Rachael, uses a combination of advanced techniques, to address specific problems, injuries or conditions to help you feel better to take on your day!

Whether you have acute or chronic pain caused by an injury or surgery, have been diagnosed with a disorder or disease, or are pregnant or have recently had a baby, MELT will help improve your body’s healing potential and reduce the accumulated stress that occurs when your body endures any of these circumstances.

It improves your body’s efficiency and ability to repair and heal itself so pain and other symptoms can be addressed. We’re looking forward to helping you live a long, healthy, active life that’s full of the activities you enjoy!

Osteopathy

Osteopathy cannot be defined by the techniques it uses, but by its goals: to bring harmony to the body, in order to allow the patient to enjoy a well-balanced frame, full of energy.
