Registration Policies
and Procedures
Registration for any STOTT PILATES® course must be done using our registration form to ensure course prerequisites are met. Please contact our education coordinator education@calgarypilates.com to receive the form or click the button below.
Registration Fee
Applications must be accompanied by a non refundable registration fee. The registration fee for IR, CMR or IMP is the exam fee of $450.00. ZEN•GA & Functional Anatomy courses must be paid in full in order to reserve your spot. Space is limited and applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Space will ONLY be reserved upon the receipt of all application materials and deposits. Students will be placed on a waitlist should payments not be received and course seat lost. If applicant is not accepted into the program the deposit will be refunded.
Payment of Fees
All course fees are subject to change without notice.
Course fees do not include course materials, exams or applicable taxes.
Course Registration
A registration fee is required upon submission of your application to our Intensive & Comprehensive programs to hold your spot and cover administrative costs. The registration fee for IR, CMR or IMP is the exam fee of $450. This fee is non-refundable but is transferrable towards the cost of your first certification examination at Calgary Pialtes Centre provided your exam is booked within six months of your course. The exam fee is NOT transferable to an exam at any other facility or by proctor. Some conditions apply. All other courses need to be paid in full in order to process registration.
Workshop Registration
Payment must accompany your registration. Registration without payment will not be processed. Session selections are based on first come, first served priority, meaning you may not be able to register for the workshops of your choice if they are already at capacity. You may register by filling out this form and emailing it to education@calgarypilates.com or call in your registration payment at 403-245-5885. If your desired workshop is full, you will be notified, and payment will be adjusted if necessary.

Auditing
Please contact your closest Training Center if you are interested in auditing.
We do not however, allow auditing of any of the workshops we offer (CEC / introductory) as the main goal of the workshops is continuing education and not certification.
