Christine was a professional ballerina, dancing principal and soloist roles for over 10 years,
including many with Alberta Ballet. Upon retiring from ballet Christine wanted to find a way to maintain her flexibility and increase her core strength. She tried Pilates, was quickly hooked and wanted to help others experience the benefits of Pilates.

She completed her full certification through STOTT PILATES in 2003, which includes Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels,and Injuries and Special Populations. She continues her education through many specialty seminars.

Christine has had the opportunity to work with many different and unique body types. Along with her passion for movement Christine has developed a keen eye for proper alignment and the ability to help clients expand their own body awareness.

Christine enjoys pilates, running, strength training, yoga, skiing and camping with her family. She has a very supportive husband and two extremely active and very smart daughters!
