Ashley emits enthusiasm for living a well rounded holistic lifestyle. Her practice is comprised of mindfulness and meditation, various forms of exercise and consuming organic/local foods. She is highly educated within the health and wellness industry and has been provoding care for over 15 years in the dental, massage and fitness industry.
She was a professional and competitive Highland Dancer for 20 years, performed throughout Ontario with a Scottish Dance Troupe and competed worldwide. She later obtained her associate status teaching degree with the British Association of Teaching Dance and taught competitive dancers for 5 years.
Ashley was introduced to Pilates by one of her instructors to help strength and lengthen her body and was amazed by the increased body awareness and physical strength it cultivated through its practice. She is a firm believer in the STOTT PILATES® principles and methodologies and gets the results clients desire by programming safe, challenging and energizing workouts.
